In the ski area at Karerpass, at the foot of Rosengarten and Latemar, you can expect perfectly groomed slopes with guaranteed snow from early December to Easter, modern ski lifts, and breathtaking panoramas with the "Wow effect" in the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Dolomites.

Our building is located right on the ski slope. Door open, skis on, and off you go! Don't have skis? No problem. The sports shop and ski rental are also just a minute away.

The winter sports region of Carezza - Karersee offers more than just skiing and snowboarding fun; it also provides ideal conditions for winter and snowshoe hiking, ski tourers, tobogganers, and cross-country skiers.

Of course, there's also something for the kids. The Carezza ski school and the König Laurin Kinderland offer ski courses and full-day childcare, all right next to our house.
